Construction is on-going with window installation completed up to the 34th floor.

THE EGLINTON
Construction is progressing at a steady pace and has reached the 5th floor.

365 CHURCH
We are thrilled to welcome our new residents to 365 Church! Occupancies began at the end of July and will continue throughout the summer.

HARBOUR PLAZA
Occupancies started at the end of June in the East Tower. Occupancies are scheduled to begin in September in the West Tower.

THE ENCLAVES OF UPPER CANADA
The final homes in Phase 2 are under construction and occupancies continue through the summer in this enclave community in Georgetown. We look forward to welcoming our final homeowners over the coming weeks.

DWELL CITY TOWNS
Phase 1 construction is progressing at a steady pace and first occupancies start in the new year. Phase 2 construction is expected to begin this Fall.

HOMETOWN SHARON VILLAGE
Construction is well underway with framing complete on many lots and excavation completed.
