Construction progress as of October 2021

The seasons have changed and so has a lot at Sugar Wharf, our upcoming development neighbouring Toronto’s Sugar Beach.

Perhaps you’re a lucky future homeowner eager for an update, or maybe just curious to know more about the waterfront’s largest mixed-use project, either way, we have lots to update you on.

We’ve been busy. Here’s where wdde’re at:

The parking garage finishes for the community are nearing completion (P4 & P3 complete; P2 in progress), with locker & bike rack installations underway.

Commercial elevators, including the future PATH elevator & escalator installations are underway.

The first two towers are progressing well, with formwork in process up to level 39 in the East tower, and level 29 for the West tower.

Balcony railings have been installed for many floors, as well as windows- levels 10 through 17 for the East tower, and up to level 20 on the West tower. Balcony painting has also commenced at the West tower.
