Excitement is building at Mobilio

Construction at our Mobilio community in Vaughan is well underway

We’re pleased to share that things are coming along well for the high-rise portion of our Mobilio community, situated in the heart of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC), centred between Highways 7 and 407. Once complete, Mobilio will feature over 1,000 units in total, a mix of high-rise condominium towers and two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhouses, including some with rooftop terraces.

Our progress is as follows:

We have already started pouring concrete for all three condo towers. The west tower is scheduled to be the first tower to reach completion, with the other two towers following closely behind.

We are up to the 4th floor of the west tower, the 2nd floor of the east tower, and we’re getting ready to pour concrete on the ground floor of the south tower.
The parking garage is currently in progress.

Our low-rise construction crew will also be busy at work. The first pour of the townhouse blocks adjacent to the west tower will be completed in the coming weeks.
